Lingford Construction Snow Plowing Pricing Options.
Per Hour Pricing
Snow plowing services will be performed and customers will be billed at an hourly rate dependent upon the equipment used. This pricing structure is our most commonly used option. We will only bill for the actual hours served at your location.
Per Push Pricing
Snow plowing services will be performed and customers are billed at a rate that equals the contract pricing for the amount of snow actually on the ground at the time of service. This pricing structure works very well with high traffic/high service sites such as retail plazas and retail banking branches. Per push pricing offers the highest level of service. Salting and Calcium pricing will be charged at a per-application rate.
Per Event Pricing
Snow Plowing services will be performed and billed at a single rate for any given snowfall amount, regardless of how long the storm continues, up to a maximum event window of 24 hours. This pricing structure works best with locations with more limited operating hours such as corporate and industrial sites, which allow a larger window of service due to their closed status. Salting and Calcium pricing is billed at a per-application rate.
Seasonal (Flat Rate) Pricing
Snow plowing and Ice control services is provided at a previously agreed upon single price, and is all inclusive of all services, labor and de-icing chemicals. This pricing structure may or may not include a seasonal snowfall “cap” before reverting to another pricing structure, such as per push. LCT will consider seasonal arrangements for customers willing to commit to at least a three year agreement, to mitigate the risk of a heavy snow year over a longer period. Typically, seasonal arrangements are paid over a 5 month period beginning in November and ending in March.
